Mark has over  20 years experience as an electrical engineer in such diverse fields as power system protection, telecommunications, power quality and fibre optic system design and installation. He has been involved in these areas not only in the "design" phase but also in the hands-on practical implementation and operation of the systems associated with the above disciplines.

Over the past few years he has concentrated on providing fibre-optic solutions such as fibre management frames, DWDM's test and measurement equipment and network management software to telecommunications companies. Mark has consulted to such varied industries as mining & petroleum companies, medical facilities, energy utilities and Telco's and has worked extensively around the world in countries such as Egypt, Brazil, and Sweden.
